If you have trouble with asterisk not installing because it's missing
libtonezone, make sure you install the zaptel package (The kernel modules
package is not needed). Even if you aren't using zaptel hardware,
asterisk is linked against the tonezone library with the zaptel
package provides.

To summarize tonights telephony meeting: We watched Alex eat, a
stunning 3 course meal.=20

Seriously though, we managed to get asterisk installed on two systems
and call back and forth between then. One was behind a NAT firewall,
which was quite a trick. We also managed to call a sales desk at
digium. Also of significance is that the voices in asterisk were done
by the same lady that did the voices in the halflife video
game. "Thank you for calling the black mesa research facility..."

Tim brought up the topic of calling queues, matching clients to agents
which was quite interesting. But doubtful if it is of much importance
to most of the members of this list.=20

That essentially sums up tonights meeting, Fairly successful. We had a
large amount of clue together in one room and things progressed quite
quickly from the get go.=20
