[Telephony] Next Telephony Meeting

I've had a few people asking when the next telephony meeting is.. I'm 
rather busy for the next bit so I'm thinking about Thursday April 29th 
evening. How does that work for people?
Monday and Wednesday evenings are out for me through April, May and 
early June due to rowing..

Telephony news:
- Vonage.ca now offers phone numbers and VoIP service in the Victoria 
area so there are now two services available (the other was Primus).
- So far, nobody at Shaw wants to officially 'fess up that they will be 
offering VoIP services despite the fact that their fibre techs say 
that's what they're doing.
  I've heard that they may be using separate dedicated fibre channel for 
VoIP to avoid quality of service routing issues - I guess we'll find out 
one day..
