[newbie] Telus Problems

Hey everyone just wanted to thank you all for your suggestions and let you know that I've solved the problem with Telus. It turns out that they closed most of the connections in the area around where I live due to someone posting alotta viruses to the internet. Within 10 mins of talking to a level 2 tech support I was able to get an ip via dhcpcd.

*lol now to grow back all the hair I pulled out trying to solve this problem.
