Hi all . haven't posted for a while since my computer was down the last time( trying to dual boot, etc)
thanks again for all the help last time.
well I have a new delema , my keyboard doesn't work at all even after rebooting. seemed to happen
after I tryed to get my sound card driver working(in linux). nothing at all seems to work on the keyboard so I
can't even log in as root. the mouse works but if I can't even log in as root what can you do?
by the way as you can tell by this email my keyboard works on my old computer, I'm dual booted
with xp but I can't even boot xp from the lilo because the up and down arrows on the keyboard don't work.
(not that you all want me to boot xp ha ha) I would greatly appreciate some insight . my google searches
have been very sparce the only thing that seems to come up is something about the key board being stuck in
raw mode from improperly exiting some terminal program or something, I was in root trying to get my sound
card driver to work (I think) I'm really not sure what I did to cause this, but being a newbie who knows eh.
the limited solutions I found googleing are way over my head (loging in from anouther terminal or machine or
something) If some kind soul thinks they can help me I'd be greatly appreciative. thanks again in advance
