I will pipe up and also say that just because a driver is "in
development" does not mean you should expect a dismal failure. ;-)
I am not familiar with the camera in question, but I did get my own 3Com
Home Connect USB camera working quite well with a development driver.=20
It won't hurt to give it a try, and you can always submit reports back
to the developer regarding successes and failures.
Is it just me or has anybody else noticed that development/beta tools
for Linux are often less buggy than their Redmond OS counterparts?
