Intel does not officially support the camera under Linux, which is
stated on the 'Supported Operating Systems' page for that camera.

If you had tried Google with the following "intel cs430 linux" you
would have found the answer to your question within short order:

The VLUG reference was simply to show that there is more than one
place to look for information. And yes the Linux driver for your
camera is based on the chipset within the device itself and not the
specific model/make, you will notice that the driver is in development
at the moment so don't expect a quick solution.
