[newbie] re : help !!!

    Hey guys!  thanks for all your input. I'm on a borrowed computer, so I'll take 
your advise and try what I can and give you some more info. I did wipe out my hard
drive with the xp and everything, trying to start fresh, but after loading 9.1
it doesn't want to boot, can't find some of the necessary files and directories.
