Hi there,
I am unfamiliar with Mandrake, so I can only offer these trouble shooting
tips :
are there any errors reported?
do these errors relate to hardware conflicts? (eg : does device A say it
wants IRQ 10 when device B has it already)
did you select the closest matching sound card profile during installation?
If you get an error message what does it display? Can you run the sound
configuration utility?
