Well now this is starting to sound down right encouraging!

What sort of venue might be available in Duncan?
Do we want an afternoon or more evening type session?

Is there a decent *place of refreshments* nearby afterwards?

Should we aim for late Feb.?
A Saturday or a Sunday?

Ideas?
