As is often the case, the deb package has not installed an item in your 
menu but you will find its installed ok. Try

#whereis aircraft-manager

on my system it gives:

/usr/bin/aircraft-manager

Then just right click the KDE start menu and enter "menu edit" and add 
it to the wherever you want it on your menu.

You can also run it from the command line:

#aircraft-manager

and you will get some diagnostics also.
