[Discuss] how to modify umask of apache in clarkconnect server ?

Dear list,

I have a typical problem regarding umask of apache. I have installed
clarkconnect server.
Installed apach2 version is

Server version: Apache/2.0.52
Server built:   Oct  9 2005 17:44:32

By default apache creates file with permission rw_r__r__ so the group
has only read permission and not the write permission.
The solution is modifying the umask of apache to get the group write
permission also. But how can I modify the umask of apache in
clarkconnect server ? I have not found any file where I can do the
same.

Could any one kindly show me the way please ?
