This is an excellent addition to the services that VLUG can provide to 
its members!  I was away for the January meeting but found the above pdf 
copy a very useful substitute.  I have filed it away for future 
reference. Maybe I should make a hard copy because if a suspected 
hardware problem occurs I may not be able to access on my hard drive! 
Perhaps Larry can give it again sometime.
