A month after I built this computer (components from NCIX) the
motherboard began acting up. I contacted NCIX, they had me test the
RAM on another machine (reasonable enough) then sent me an RMA number.
Three days later I had a replacement motherboard - the whole thing was
a lot less trouble than I was expecting, actually, and NCIX's response
time was good.
I've heard from friends who've had more trouble with local stores,
actually - despite the supposed advantage of a counter to dump your
defective parts on.
Anecdote + anecdote != proof, but my NCIX experience has been pretty good.
