[Discuss] Shaw and bandwidth shaping.

I was looking for input.

    Recently I have noticed that when I try to download Linux iso's ...
such as Fedora's most recent or the live KDE4 Suse ... it reliably craps
out by about 50 to 60 megs. No matter how long I wait for it to resume
nothing happens. This is using Konqueror's download manager in Mandriva
2008. Then, when I then try the torrent file using Ktorrent with
encryption, all is wonderful, and the file arrives as it should. Is Shaw
potentially causing this?

    Any ideas on the topic would be appreciated.
