Thanks! That could be useful. I'm not really familiar with the
cygwin1.dll internals, so this will probably take me a while to
evaluate.

I added a warning to not use Tiny Cygwin on systems that already have
Cygwin installed.

I think if you're careful, you can probably copy over specific
executables and needed dlls if you see something on Tiny Cygwin that
you can't find elsewhere.
