I'm running an older QuickCam Pro4000... that works 100% including the built-in
mic. I use it ALLLL the time in Skype and Ekiga. V4L picks it up and I've
been able to use it with pretty much anything I've ever tried.

Not much really... although the kids can amuse themselves for hours doing crazy
faces and acting out plays, fun stuff if you're a parent ;-)

Oh I've also used it as a quick photo taking tool when I need to send a quick
snapshot of something I'm working on. Comes in super handy.
