[Discuss] Gmail and IMAP...and other Google problems

I totally agree. Trying to get somewhat competent support from Google
is like pulling teeth.

I've had the opportunity to talk to some of their Engineers directly
and they have always been quite helpful and open but the business guys
are a different story...
