I use maxima and gap from time to time, so I'd be curious to see
an overview of what Axiom can do, particularly what libraries it
has available. 

Even if there aren't many other VLUG'ers interested in Axiom to comprise
an audience big enough for a presentation at a general meeting, I'd
still like to see Axiom in action sometime.
