[Discuss] Help - need good personal OGG player (what's MP3?) quickly

To cut a long story short, Cowon, makers of the wonderful M3 (and other)
music players, have absolutely appalling post-sales service.

The battery in my M3 is apparently nearing the end of its life (2
years!) and needs replacing. Trouble is I need an RMA and the original
RECEIPT (!) for this out-of-warranty 'repair' and it will take longer
than I have before I go to england.

So: anyone any clues: I need a replacement FAST (I have 2 weeks, well 13
days) which MUST support OGG and have a linux-compatible interface
(pref. USB disk)

A large flash drive would be preferable, as it seems to be the HD that
reduced battery capacity so severely.

I am so pissed off you wouldn't believe it and so, as I promised in my
email to cowon, I thoroughly recommend nobody to do business with them.
Great products (and the M3 is) deserve at least good after-sales
support, not the totally dire support cowon offers.

Anyone think of a model, local supplier (Vancouver/online at a pinch?)

deryk
