Ok Guys.

I'm having trouble streaming media from my pc to my xbox (old xbox, moded
with the mplayer based media center).

So here's what I got.

Shaw<---->DLink Router(192.168.0.1)<--->XP machine with file share(ip,
192.168.0.1xx)<---->Linksys Router(for wireless, 192.168.1.1)<---->Xbox(ip,
192.168.1.2xx)

Ok, so The xbox can connect to the xp machine via IP, thats all good.
The problem is that when playing a video from the xbox behind the linksys
router, the video plays for about 20 seconds then dies.

Now, IF put the xbox on the same network as the xp machine, (meaning I
remove the linksys router from the topology, the video's play perfectly.

However, i cannot do this ATM, because I have 2 eth machines that need to
connect to the lnksys router (because of physical location), and wireless
clients to the linksys router.

Bottom line though, I cannot move the linksys router to the shaw modem, its
complicated to explain..so I'll just leave it as that it cannot be done at
this time.

So does anyone know why when the xbox is connected through the linksys
router, it loses the video, but when connected to the same router as the pc,
it doesn't lose the connection?

Thanks ahead of time (yes, I've googled...but it seems to be a unique setup
with a linksys/dlink config)
