	A database is perfect for membership and for accounting a finance 
program should work. :)

	I've used FileMaker Pro extensively, but MySQL and HTML/PHP will work 
as well with the added advantage of ultimate portability (FileMaker Pro 
locks you in to either Apple or windows).
