And they might turn off the wireless at night anyway.

From what I could find [not an extensive search, I'll admit], it
looks like your best bet is still Serious Coffee.

Ocean Island kept its doors open pretty late when I stayed there
[looking for an apartment, before I lived here], but might only
be open to guests after a certain time of night.  I also don't
know if they'll let you bring your own computer, if you're not
renting a room/bunk there.  They say wireless is available to
guests, kiosks for the public...
