[Discuss] Wireless in Victoria

Is there a website that lists the places in Victoria that have free
wireless?
 
I have used QV's wireless for the last year but ever since they've switched
on WEP, I can't seem to connect with my Ubuntu laptop.  They give the key if
asked, but I can't get it to work.  I've used about every parameter that I
can think of with iwconfig, but I've had no luck. So I thought I'd try a few
other places before I take 'drastic' action and see if it's my machine or...
