[Discuss] Shaw regular average speed vs. Telus?

	That's the expected speed of ADSL, unless you buy a faster version of 
it. Shaw is faster on average these days, but I am satisfied in knowing 
that when the power goes out I still have an internet connection (ADSL 
does not loose power during outages).
