You are correct -- although things are getting better, even OpenOffice 
was a pain to install on Windows because of having to load the 
prerequisites, GTK and Ghostscript, then having to load the Help files 
separately.  I never could get Koha to work in Windows. All the Python, 
Apache and SQL stuff was just too difficult for me.
