This is probably old news but here's a link:

This company provides drivers for reiserfs, ext2, and xfs
file systems on windows 2000/XP.

Helpful for mounting linux file systems on portable drives.

This one:

also works fine for just ext2/ext3 file systems.

Let's embrace and extend MS Windows, shall we. ;)
