[Discuss] Idiot simple backup process.

it's going to tape apparently. I'm not totally sure as they brought some
n00b in to take over my job as IT guy. unfortunately this fellow knows
enough about computers to plug things in but nothing more (Spends more
time calling me about problems than doing research on the web) I need to
program to be graphical in nature so I can show this young fellow how to
use it and yet I need it to be able to be configured to do regular
unattended backups. I also need it to be inexpensive. (ie:free if possible)
