	You can't even get 3Mbps for under $40/mos. here. The western monopoly 
teloc (telus) offers "server" connections starting at about $80/mos. 
Speed is suppose to be 3Mbps, but I have yet to see that. I get more 
like 2 - 2.5Mbps. Once you break the $100/mos. barrier for a "server" 
connection it may be better to co-lo with one of the local providers 
here in the west (west covers BC to Alberta).
	I of course could be way off here, so if I am someone will surely set 
me right in reply. :)
