Hello, I have just moved to the island, and am looking for what was relatively simple to find in Ontario. I'm looking for high-speed (>=3Mbps) that offers a static IP but more importantly allows me to run my own SMTP server (preferable as well IMAPS and HTTPS) for under $40/m. Does such a beast exist here? Thanks in Advance.
