[Discuss] noise

Actually this will be interesting not for its noise reduction (I think
the gain is not that great) but for the ability to use the laptop in
vibrating environments.
While I was in Europe I took trains regularly (sometimes 3.5 hrs
rides). I have always worried about the hard disk so I did not use my
laptop. Having a laptop with no hard disk would make it perfect for
this.
Perhaps I'll try this on my old X20. It will make it the perfect
companion on my (bus) trips to Vancouver.
