Inaccurate eh?  I can name a handful of stores in town that won't make 
themselves a pain in the ass if I walk in and ask for specific server 
hardware, and yet they'll still charge a ton.  If you'd care to mention 
anywhere in town that doesn't fall into one or both categories, I'd be 
interested, because I have yet to find anyone.  I wish I could, and I 
wish I could find a store I could confidently send people to for 
(consumer-level) sales and service.

Given that, I can see why Andrew is in a jam -- you can't go anywhere, 
local or not, and have them reliably give you some fairly unbiased, 
useful information on hardware.
