[Discuss] PHP Programmer Needed

I've been doing a LOT of back-end web programming as of late and am
overwhelmed with work. I need a good PHP Programmer to help me with some
projects. I don't see any sign of these letting up either, more work
keeps coming so this could work out well for the right person.
