You unfortunately truncated the results above. Run "ls -l /dev/lp0
/dev/usb/lp" to get the full results which will identify the actual user owner
and group owner of those files.
I have no printing expertise, but since it appears you are having permission
problems, I suggest the account you are trying to print from is simply not a
member of the correct group as identified by the full "ls" command above.
For Kubuntu, simply use the kuser GUI (accessible from the "K" menu ==>
"System"), to add a particular user account to the required group for
printing (lp or whatever).
