Hey Nat,
I used abebooks for my search and ordered "Postfix: the definitive guide" by Kyle Dent.
Took about a week to receive it iirc.
Let me know if you'd like to borrow it.
Another one I heard of is "The book of Postfix" by Ralf Hildebrandt. And on doing yet another search of ABE, I also found "Postfix" by Richard Blum.
