AFAIAC, we just don't know what happened. I was just starting to write about another example that would hit the message home but on second thought, I just don't know what happened and neither do the rest of us. All we can do is guess. All we can do is continue to watch the situation and judge for ourselves based on what we hear and see. Maybe we will hear about something related to this on the news one day and piece it all together, maybe not.
