Correction: that was Battery Direct, not Queale. I want to give Battery
Direct the proper credit here since on the two separate occasions they did
the actual replacement without an added charge (which I appreciated since
battery replacement for a UPS is not quite as trivial as replacing
flashlight batteries) and their batteries are still working well.
