[Discuss] electronic business card

Could any one suggest any application to create "Electronic Business Card" to 
attach with emails ? I am on KDE Desktop. Also I like to know adding the vcard 
automatically to outgoing mails using KMail.

can people see this vcard from web based email client(i.e. gmail, rediff etc.) 
and other mail client on non-linux platform (i.e. MS outlook) ?
