[Discuss] Laser printer service recommendation?

Hi.  Anyone got a recommendation for a place to service a laser 
printer?  My trusty HP 2100M is smearing a bit after 7 years, gets a 
bit hot at times, I'm thinking it needs new rollers and the temperature 
sensor cleaned among other things.  I'm optimizing for quality of work 
and integrity, not price.  I need to know that if I require them to use 
HP OEM parts, they will.  Thanks.
