Fair enough comment on the RAM. I was shooting for a low-end CPU, so I
figured the more RAM the better. That way, a future project of running
the OS and MythTV from a ramdisk would be ready to implement, too.
The Hauppauge 350 doesn't do digital video out, but I can get video
and right/left audio out of it, and that's more than adequate for my
TV technology for now and the forseeable future.
