[Discuss] Reminder: talk on panoramas

A quick reminder that the talk is today:
I am going to present a tutorial on Panorama creation and stitching on
Thursday Aug 3, at 16:00 PM. I expect it will last 90 minutes.
The idea behind the tutorial is to explain how these types of images
are created using two or more images. I'll be using my laptop to
describe the process but I invite people to bring their own computers
and follow the description (if you can't, don't worry, I am sure will
still learn something). I will use free software (hugin) to
demonstrate the process (it is available under OS X, linux and
windows, see below).
The Panorama tutorial will be held:
Thursday Aug 3, at 16:00 PM, new Computer Science building, room ECS
660. University of Victoria.
